The President of the Senate Committee on Petitions has acknowledged receipt of the letter of request that recently went to the House by this Association, so that from the Parliament urging the government to the utmost respect the right of access to public citizens recognized in Article 23.2 of the English Constitution, respect for that the views expressed by the Supreme Court's recent ruling that was overturned by the Public Employment Offer for 2007 approved by the Government of Aragon.
State institutions can not be left out of an issue so crucial to the functioning of our constitutional system as the effective enjoyment of fundamental rights, among which is the access to public-equal and the existence of a professionalized civil service, committed to serving the public interest objective.

In the past, we have come to similar petition to the Petitions Committee of the Congress of Deputies and the Senate, requesting from the state institutions to ensure respect for the basic state policy on public service, and we seems worth repeating that request, adding to our previous reasons, now expressed by the Supreme Court, which has been to welcome our thesis for the right of access to public service.
A fundamental rule of law is judicial review of administrative action, but as important is the lawful performance of all public authorities, including the Government of Aragon, so that citizens are not see the need to go to court to defend their rights, again and again, when the laws are clear and know the criteria that must be applied. We do not have to tire of it, to claim over and over again, state institutions express and unequivocal commitment to the exercise of fundamental rights of citizens.
